This may be the last time...

Howdy y'all,

Cletusfest is back, and we're returning to our roots. All acoustic music, featuring Burnt Grass (my brother's band is coming out from Ohio to make their 3rd Cletus appearance), along with with Garvin's project, The AmphetAmigos. Other bands will be announced this week. We're also inviting all of our pickin' friends to bring their instruments for some impromptu jamming. There will also be T-shirts & CD's available, so you may want to bring a little extra spending money.

No admission charge, free beer, burgers & brats, and quality bluegrass music. What more can you ask for?! All we're asking of you is to dress in proper hillbilly attire, bring $5 to purchase a collectable Cletusfest cup, and be ready to have a grand ol' time. And, if you are so inclined, feel free to bring a side dish, bag of chips, or plate of cookies to share.

On a sad note, our beloved mascot, Maggie (pictured) passed away a few weeks back. "Corndog" was an original participant at our first Cletusfest, and will be truly missed. Our condolenses go out to Sarah & Benji, who hopefully will be able to make it out from Kansas for the festivities. In honor of Maggie, we will be holding the first annual "Corndog Cornhole Classic", which will start around 4pm. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you'll find out!
